Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for overseas and local purchase orders and overseas product sourcing. 
2. Liaise with overseas and local suppliers independently.
3. Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
4. Review suppliers performances regularly to ensure their competitiveness in terms of cost, quality & service and delivery.
5. Monitor inventory, maintain and update purchase data and records. 

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Procurement or Business Administration. 
2. Minimum 2 years solid working experience in Purchasing field.
3. Excellent skills in People Relationship Management and good communication skills.
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), fluent speaking in English is a must.
5. Strong attention to detail. 
6. Good at collecting and sorting data, self-solving, able to work independently. creative, self-improving, willing to try. 
7. Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
8. Immediate available is preferred.
