We are looking for a talent to:
- Ensure the smooth of daily operations in the bar
- Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
- Create beverage menu and create cocktails recipe with F&B Manager
- Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Basic requirements:
- At least 3 years Bar Management experience or in similar capacity
- With wine & beverage certificate or relevant certificate will be an advantage
- Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and build relationships with customers
- Good command of English and Cantonese is an advantage
