Established in 2009, MBL has been expending its distribution network continuously, there are numerous franchise and outlets in China Regions.

MBL is the exclusive representative and distributor for many world-known wineries and distilleries, including the very few oldest cognac house Braastad Cognac and Chateau de Beaulon Cognac that quality and variety of products are well recognized by connoisseurs and wine lovers. 

As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for an energetic and smart candidate to join our team and help out in the development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate fine wine knowledge within a set geographic region to increase sales among high profile restaurants, retail accounts and high net-worth individuals.
  • Automation in wine sourcing from local sources and overseas.
  • Increase wine sales and act as a liaison with customers regarding wine list selections and placements.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales abilities through successful presentations of product, the promotion of new and existing portfolio items and the expansion of business.
  • Participate in sales meetings and on-site training to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments.
  • Educate account staff and shop front staff through preparation and performance of on-site training for restaurant and retail trade.
  • Regular communication with team to brainstorm solutions and overcome obstacles encountered in the field.
  • Strategize with wine director to enhance contribution to division and company wide sales strategies and goals.
  • Familiarize yourself with competition and remain apprised of market trends and development within specific product categories, geographic regions, and accounts.



To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required. 

  • Bi-lingual in spoken English and Mandarin.
  • 3-5 years of industry related sales experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community.
  • Established trade/account relationships in proximity of team's regional district.
  • Comprehensive understanding of fine wines to include major wine regions/varietals.
  • Proven ability in territory sales management including creative and fact-based selling.
  • Goal oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Competition of basic wine training to include WSET L2 , or above and be in the process within 6-9 months of CS/CSW certification.
  • Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Immediately available preferred
