Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities :

• Assist daily accounting operations and handle shipping documents;
• Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries & banking matters;
• Follow up outstanding AR payments with internal/external parties;
• Maintain inventory, shipping and warehouse documentation and records;

Requirements :

• 1-2 years working experience in finance/accounting;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail minded, initiative, responsible and organised;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Fresh Graduate will be also considered.
