Purchasing & Marketing Assistant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records;
• Provide administrative and documentation support to daily operations of retail stores;
• Assists Buyer for wine searching, responsible for preparing purchasing order, quotation, price comparison;
• Prepare monthly reports and inventory records;
• Online shop operations & marketing;
• Drafting reports for online sales, transfer money and generate monthly sales from Paypal for Accounts Dept on a monthly basis;
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor inventory movement and purchasing needs;
• Handling inquires from online customer via email, phone, WhatsApp and placing orders for customers;
• Prepare promotion materials (price, winery background, wine information and ratings) for designer;
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in purchasing or business related disciplines;
• Good communication & negotiation skills;
• Detail minded, Independent, self-motivated and willing to work overtime;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Fast learner, smart, be responsible, punctual, positive working attitude;
• Social media savvy;
• Able to handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure in a fast pace environment;
• Immediate available is preferred
