Customer Service Officer (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up customer orders
  • General clerical tasks and reception duties
  • Office Administration
  • Filing systems and ad hoc issues as requested
  • Handling of special assignments

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Form 7 / DSE graduate or above
  • Well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, energetic with a pleasant personality and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills with fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin language
  • Good knowledge of computers for MS Word and Excel
  • Relevant training and experience would be an advantage
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment
  • Adaptable nature
  • Immediate available is preferred
