Job responsibilities

Assist in event coordination and trade fair
Participate in preparation of all company events
Initiate promotion to drive business and explore new business opportunity
Review tender and trading term
Consolidate sales forecast and other information from sales team
Inventory monitoring and work with Financial department for stock replenishment
Deal with principals and advertising agencies
Draft and prepare promotional materials eg. invitations, flyer, posm
Update company web-site, social media platform
Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
More experience will be considering as Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Business / Marketing Management
3-4 year experience in Wine and Beer industry
Familiar with design application (Photoship, AI, indesign)
Familiar with MS office and Proficient in excel (Vlookup, pivot table)
Independents, strong initiative and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
Oversea traveling may require
