The Sales Manager – Langton’s East Asia is an exciting new role that will be crucial in the ongoing development of Langton’s East Asia in Greater China. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales manager to join the team to develop the sales of fine wines to private consumers and corporate businesses across Greater China.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Results – Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  2. Private customer development and management - Develop and manage a roster of private and corporate clients across Mainland China
  3. Management – As Sales manager you will be responsible for managing a team of two based across Hong Kong and Shenzhen
  4. Wine Club Development - Develop and implement wine club programs for corporate businesses
  5. Fine Wine Ambassadorship – Represent the Langton’s East Asia business at both self-organised and external events

The ideal candidate…

  • Self-motivated and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Fluent in English (Other languages a plus, particularly Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • 3+ years’ experience in private wines sales in Hong Kong with a strong client network. (Mainland China experience a plus)
  • Previous experience managing a team of people
  • A strong understanding of wine (WSET accreditation) or a willingness to learn
  • Out-going personality with strong presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as well as attend events outside of normal work hours.
  • Highly organised
