Manager – Online Support (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team
• Handling online order, such as order status, delivery schedule, product information
• Support on business development
• Data research to generate information for product development
• Assist to follow up potential customer
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder or above in all discipline
• Knowledge in Wine product
• Experience in online media
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
• Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office is an advantage
