Job Description:

• Responsible for office administration and implementing security policies

• Ensure each wine department follows internal guidelines and procedures

• Ensure the qualitative and quantitative inspection of wines before entering / leaving the cellars

• Prepare condition reports for incoming wine

• Supervise IN/OUT operations of the cellars, monitor climate and security environment and report all irregular events

• Conducting security checks and upgrades

• Support the Quality Assurance Team

• Completing regular stock checks

 

Job Requirements:

• A team player who is well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, energetic with a pleasant personality and attention to detail

• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment

• Willingness to learn

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English

• Knowledge of computers for MS Word and Excel

• Adaptable nature

• Certificate holder of WSET or related course is an advantage
