Registration Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of registration team in alignment with internal policy
• Conduct wine condition checking and report to Customer Service /Quality Assurance Team
• Manage and lead registration team which can work towards the target
• Monitor manpower allocation and operation control of registration team
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review
• Ensure a high level of morale and productivity
• Responsible for photo taking of wines
• Data entry to our database based on the wine information 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in wine industry
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient Mandarin
• Certificate holder of WSET or related course is an advantage
• Outgoing, able to work under pressure and attentive to details
• Ability to work independently
• Immediately available preferred
