Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in clients' data documentation
- Work closely with Sales to provide clerical and contact support
- Handle general enquiries, including but not limited to understand customer's needs and orders via telephone, whats app, wechat or email
- Process customer orders with verification of prices with products, delivery information, pertinent order info, etc
- Maintain good business relationship with existing clients for developing and exploring new business opportunities by making appointments for Sales team;
- Collect feedback from customers 
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Key Requirements:
- DSE or above, summer internships are welcome
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Passionate in enriching experiences in Customer Service, Wine business & Sales area 
Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese
- Service oriented and positive mindset, with strong interpersonal skills
- Responsible and strong attention to details
- Available for a full time summer internship and available to work part-time from September is an advantage
- Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese
