WINE STORE MANAGER / SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

• Responsible for customer turnover, sales revenue, sales target as assigned
• Ensure compliance of day-to-day operational processes and procedures for store operations, merchandising, administrative, marketing and customer service within the retail stores
• Inventory management and stock control
• Reach sales goals by training, motivating and coaching store persons
• Support online shop operation, promotions and planning 

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent people skills
• Curious about wine business and the industry
• Enjoy an adventure and the process of building something meaningful
• Minimum 3-year experience in Wine Retail, Aviation Service industry is preferable.
• POS management experience
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Knowledge of French is a big plus.
• Certificate holder of WSET or related course is an advantage
• Social media savvy
• Managerial experience (Minimum 2 years or equivalent people management experience) is required for store manager position
