Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to promote the brand, achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Support the store operations and experience in handling VIP
• Handling customers enquires and provide excellent customer service
• Supporting different in-store events

Requirements:

• Experience in retail (prefer in luxury / premium brands) or in related customer service industry (airlines/ hotels) 
• Strong sense of customer service
• Interested in luxury industry
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Able to work on shift
