Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing overall running of the Floor operations, including conduct training and exercise inventory control.
- Assist the superior to ensure that the operation is run efficiently so that it can give the guest the best service possible and attain the maximum guest satisfaction.
- To supervise the restaurant employees and assist them whenever possible.
Work Location: Central, Wan Chai & Tsim Sha Tsui
