Summary

Assist Outlet Manager through analysis of sales performance and profitability of existing wine lists, use wine knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and profitability by continuously improving the hotel’s International Wine List.

Provide courteous, professional and efficient f&b service at all times to ensure the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
  • Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sommelier in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry.
