Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available.
What you will do:
- Managing all aspects of the outlet efficiently and aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
- To be passionate about food and beverage and delivering a level of service that exceeds the guests’ expectations.
- Nurture and evolve our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to build tighter relationships and grow our base of regular guests.
- Champion a marketing plan and lead changes in line with local and international market trends and needs.
- Drive the financial performance of the restaurant as a successful independent profit center and ensuring the financial success and growth of the outlet continuously.
- Provide direction, leadership and training to team members to stay motivated and achieve restaurant goals
Qualifications
You should have:
- Preferable prerequisite experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager with good standards.
- With extensive knowledge in wine and beverage. Holder of WSET Certificate is preferred.
- Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- A good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
