Customer Service Advisor/Assistant (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Responsibilities :

Provide customers with professional wine purchasing advice and quality customer service, and be responsible for the daily operation of the store

Qualifications :

Form 5; Good Cantonese; Good Mandarin; Good English; Can read and write Chinese; Can read and write English

Treatment :

$15,700 per month, with overtime leave, overtime allowance, double pay, 12 days annual leave, bank leave, commission, newcomer bonus $3000, medical benefits, employee shopping discounts, 10:30 am to 8:00 pm, weekly Work 5 to 6 days, shifts, shifts, 8 hours a day
