Key Accountabilities:

• Ensures that all food and beverage service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee that our guests enjoy the most pleasant overall experience
• Assists the Manager, Assistant Manager and Sommelier in the daily operation
• Upsells wine from master wine list and maintains beverage store balance, minimizes slow moving items and dead stock
• Prepares and monitors wine list for respective outlet along with special promotions of F&B promotional calendar (e.g. wine promotions, wine dinner, by the glass special, festive seasons and paring along with culinary specialities)

General Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Wine Study or / and Food and Beverage Management, or related discipline.
• WSET certification III or equivalent to Court of Master Sommelier at Certified Sommelier level.
• Year of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience of related discipline
• Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with a positive mindset
