Position & potential position 

Cru are recruiting for warehousing assistant in Tseun Wan for a period of roughly 3 months. For the right candidate, the role is likely to develop into an office based position joining Cru’s dynamic team as a logistics co-ordinator. The position is great for anyone wanting to join fast paced world of fine wine as it would provide a good basis to learn and grow in all aspects of the business. You will be working very closely with the head of departments on a daily basis.


The initial role’s day to day responsibilities:

- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.

- Sort and place materials onto pallets or racks (boxed of wine).

- Prepare parcels orders for delivery

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times


Skills required:

- Hard working

- Attention to detail

- A thirst to learn

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to manual lift

- Reading, writing and speaking in English

- Wine knowledge preferred but not essential


The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 6:30pm. The initial contract will be for 3-6 months period.
