Sales & Marketing Officer / Manager - Fine Wine & Wine Cellar (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Working Location is Tin Hau on Hong Kong Island, and working hours is 10:30am – 20:00pm from Tuesday to Friday and 10:30am – 19:00pm on Saturday. There are also occasional duties during wine events.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve pre-set sales targets with support from the team.
• Provide good service to existing wine customers as well as wine storage customers.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities, business opportunities and potential new customers for wine sales and wine storage.
• Recommend promotional plans as well as purchasing for our own inventory.
• Help to organize tasting/wine dinner/auction events.
• Prepare sales and relevant reports and evaluate the figures for business analysis.
• Analyze market intelligence and report on competitors' activities.

Requirements:

• Proactive, mature, sociable and outgoing personality with result-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Passion and sound knowledge in wine and spirits. Holder of WSET is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, and reasonable computer application skills.
• 3 years or more relevant experience in wine industry will be an advantage and can be considered for the post of Manager.
• Degree holder in Business Management or equivalent disciplines is an advantage but not essential.
