- Daily operations of the Wine Cellars and Tasting Room
- Provide inventory control and inventory management
- carry out stock-in and stock-out of the wines
- Manage inventory flow from incoming shipment to goods receiving in warehouse
- Conduct regular stocktaking to ensure accurate stock
- Co-operate with internal departments for stock movement
- Prepare regular and ad hoc inventory reports and analysis
- Keep the Wine Cellar and Tasting Room clean and tidy
- Support sales administrative work
Requirements:
- Passionate and interest in wine. Solid wine knowledge with accreditation is preferred but not essential
- Carefulness, accuracy and efficiency are required
- High degree of integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Hands-on experience in MS applications.
- Some manual work is required in inventory movement
- Work location is Tin Hau in Hong Kong side
- Working Hours: 10:30am – 20:00pm (Tue to Fri); 10:30am - 19:00pm (Sat); Rest Day on Sunday and Monday
- Form 7 graduate or above, 1 year relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduate with suitable characters will be considered
- Immediate availability is an advantage
