- Assist in monitoring all wine and beverage related matters including sales, compilation of wine lists, inventory control, wine events & promotions, wine deliveries, and staff training & development.
- Supervise the day-to-day service of the Wine Cellar, offer advices to members and guests on food & wine parings and wine retail sales.
- Involve in the wine purchasing process and to ensure compliance with all internal procedures.
- Solid relevant experience gained in high-end hotels, private clubs, or free-standing restaurants.
- Holder of relevant beverage and wine qualifications such as WSET.
- Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese.
- Candidate with high potential will be developed gradually to become the Club’s Sommelier.
