Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new accounts, and increasing sales volume with existing accounts
  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Assist in regular company events, such as wine dinners, tastings and promotional activities
  • Assist ad hoc duties assigned by the management 

Duty:

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with current client and potential client
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Answering queries from customers
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems;developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Submits orders carefully by referring to price lists, stock lists and checking availability
  • Follow up sales order and collection of payment
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
  • Promote products and events
  • Reporting discrepancies and problem
  • Participate, assist on setup and serve customers in marketing events
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Good Mandarin, Cantonese, English
  • 1-2 years experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel
  • WSET Level 2 or higher
  • Wine knowledge experience is a plus
