Client Services Executive (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

We are Asia’s premier provider of wine education having provided wine education courses to the trade and the public for 25 years.  We are looking for a Client Services Executive to provide full client and administrative support on course administration to streamline the work process in the center to help form a strong foundation for the rapid expansion of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle email, telephone and walk-in enquiries on AWSEC’s wine courses in a timely, polite manner
• To provide full administrative support on the course and examination registrations
• To assist in promoting wine courses to potential students
• To establish and maintain friendly and helpful relationships with students
• To provide general support to coordinate/manage day-to-day operations of the company, such as classroom setting, preparation of flyers
• To provide onsite support at HKTDC Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair
• To draft and prepare solutions for ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Welcome for fresh graduate
• Excellent commands of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluent Mandarin is an advantage
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, organized and self-initiative
• Good team player and able to work under minimum supervision
• 5.5-day work; shifts duties are required

Passion in wine or possess any qualification in wine is a plus.
