Position: Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Report to Director of Sales
- Provide administrative and customers support to the sales team which may involve working off-site occasionally
- Key liaison between customers, internal staff, warehouse and logistics partners
- Maintain Sales Team Resource Unit and provide marketing and events support
- Handle incoming enquiries and orders via telephone, email and fax
- Update and maintain sales report and other documents
- Order entry with efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other various duties and ad-hoc projects, as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 7 with at least three-year experience in F&B industry or degree holder
- Superb accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good phone and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
- Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility, and process a good working attitude
- Can work independently as well as a team player
- Immediate availability is an advantage
