Day to day responsibilities
· Develop and cultivate new and existing client base
· Implementing sales plan to achieve sales target
· Build brand awareness
· Organise, host and promote various wine tastings, dinners etc
· Ability to be diligent with client feedback providing appropriate solutions and ensuring complaints are managed through to resolution
· Handle ad hoc customer enquiries and follow ups
· Work to increase overall operational efficiencies
Requirements
· At least 3 years relevant work experience in the wine / spirits trade ideally dealing with private clients
· Fluent written and spoken English with Cantonese / Mandarin
· Existing client base in HK / China is a plus
· WSET or wine qualification is a plus
· University graduate
· Good telephone manner and ability to interact with customers
· Skilled problem solver with attention to detail with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
· Maintain the highest possible customer service and sales levels
· Ability to remain calm under pressure, can think on feet and remain professional at all times
- Remuneration is commensurate with experience including profit share, health insurance, staff discounts etc.
