The Fine Wine Experience is a leading importer, distributor and retailer of fine wines. In addition, we offer wine education and unique wine dining experiences and are an award-winning wine event organiser. We are now looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to be our Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop social media marketing strategies, understand the latest marketing trends and hot topic / news in wine
• Daily updating/ maintaining online web content as the webmaster & social media channels (in Eng & Chinese) and engaging with the audience (ENG FB/ Instagram/ Twitter; S. Chinese: WeChat)
• Responsible for translation of marketing materials between English and Chinese
• Responsible for placing Facebook/ Instagram Ad buys for editorial promotion, so must understand Facebook business manager and ad posting.
• Take the lead on Google Ad, SEM/SEO planning, execution, analytics and reporting
• Takes a meticulously approach on regular reports monitoring to generate accurate, insightful recommendations for continuously betterment

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferred);
• Familiar with social media platforms (FB / Instagram/ Twitter/ WeChat)
• Solid foundation and working knowledge / past experience in SEO/ SEM/ Google analytics
• WSET qualification / wine knowledge is definitely a plus
• Knowledge/ past experience working with Photoshop & Illustrator is preferred
