Social Media & Content Specialist (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content marketing processes for digital channels
  • Assist in content creation (text, photo and video) and promote via social media
  • Research and identify valuable content, and use the verified information effectively to engage target audience
  • Use social listening tools to guide the strategy and measure results
  • Identify and monitor online community trends and potential crisis
  • Analyze social media efforts daily, identify opportunities, and implement new procedures to meet acquisition, lifecycle, and brand marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with cross departments and external parties to create engagement opportunities that effectively deliver transformational customer journey
  • Work closely supervise agencies and in-house production unit to develop and implement agreed marketing initiatives 

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or business related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG / retail industry
  • Solid experience in digital marketing specializing in social media in sizeable organizations or a creative agency
  • Familiar with B2C market, experience in content creation is a must
  • Possess good knowledge in digital trends with hands on experience in executing relevant project
  • Proven ability to drive marketing initiative; analyze usage and customer behavior metrics to drive improvements and familiar with GA
  • Good knowledge in computer software (Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc) and strong understanding of online advertising metrics (CPI, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, CPA, RoAS, ROI, LTV)
  • Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
