Sales Administrator ( F&B Wine trading / 福利齊 ) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Duties:

• Follow up quotation, sales orders and invoices
• Prepare sales report for management purpose
• Follow up promotion letter and leaflet distribution
• Closely communicate with promoters and customers
• Assist on stock control and stock take when necessary
• Attend and assist in sales and marketing event/exhibitions  

Requirements:

• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel (Knowledge in formula, pivot table will be an advantage)
• 3 years or above experience in Coordinator/ merchandising/ customer services or equivalent
• Less experience will be considered as Trainee
