Job Highlights

1-2 years relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good ORAL Mandarin, English and Cantonese

Duties:

Follow up quotation, sales order and invoices
Assist in shipping document and logistic/container issue with warehouse and forwarder
Data Entry and filing
General sales support including administration work
Preparation of Sales report
Follow up promotion letter/leaflet and liaise closely with promoters
Assist Sales on stock control and stock take when necessary
Ad hoc and operation duties as required

Requirements:

Diploma or above
Less experience / fresh graduate will also be considered
Good command of English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Windows. Knowledge in Excel application in vlook up, pivot table and formula is an advantage
