Duties:
- Assist in Food Expo / Wine Event & Exhibition
- Perform order checking before delivery and stock take
- Issue quotation, sales order and invoice
- Support Sales team in all administration work and sales report
- Follow up promotion letter/leaflet & closely communicate with promoters
- Assist Sales Assistant in stock control and stock take when necessary
- Undertake ad hoc and operation duties as required
Requirements:
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word and Chinese Windows
- Strong knowledge in Excel (Formula, vlookup, privot table), knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
