Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to stores in delivering excellent services to customers, including but not limited to fixing the POS system with IT Department and arranging maintenance work with Store Development Department
- Assist District Managers in store operations related issues including store opening and closure, arrange meetings and taking minutes, and follow up payments for service/procurement
- Prepare regular reports for team circulation/management review
- Assist in membership database management and handle enquiry in a timely and professional manner
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years' working experience in FMCG/retail industry
- Attentive to details with a high level of accuracy
- Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
- Experience with ERP and POS system is an advantage
- Good command of MS office in Word and Excel
- With wine knowledge and passionate in wine is an advantage
