DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Manage business performance of the restaurant.
• Maintain the highest standard of customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Prepare budgets and forecast.
• Build and promote hotel brand image and expansion of clientele database.
• Support staff training and development and maintain good team spirit.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in Business Administration/Hospitality Management or related major or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial role in hotels or restaurant operations.
• Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind.
• Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• Positive attitude towards challenge, independent & ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
