Wine Lounge Assistant (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wine Lounge & retail area. (Taking orders and payments, serving food and drinks and preparing the service area)
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Ability to work at night (Tuesday to Saturday 5pm-2am)
• Practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations of the wine lounge area
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures
• Assist to identify and develop promotional opportunities 

Requirements

• Recent university graduates will also be considered.
• Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Preferred Training and Experience: 

• Strong interest in wine; WSET Level 2 holder is preferred
