Duties & Responsibilities:
- Based on company’s strategy, generate sales from private sectors in China & further develop China business in an aggressive manner;
- To fulfill sales targets & KPI as per Chairman’s instruction;
- To promote & develop new business channels of fine wine to high end customers to increase the market share in profitable mainland market;
- To maintain good relationship with existing customers & explore new customers in mainland market;
- To cooperate with marketing division to carry out promotion activities in China and to formulate sales & promotion plans for prestige channel;
- To lead, motivate and develop new sales team in China;
- To analyze sales data to forecast future sales trend and to prepare sales reports for upper management review;
- To work with Marketing Department & Retail Operation to implement promotion activity such as wine tastings, exhibitions & provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and further enhancement;
Requirements:
- Degree or MBA candidate is preferred;
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must, knowledge of Chinese dialects is preferred;
- Candidate should be a tactful person with a deep knowledge in traditional Chinese culture;
- Experienced in luxury industry or wine industry(wholesaling/retailing)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentable & negotiable skills;
- Management skill-set: mature responsibility, able to work independently & under pressure, resourceful and self-driven with a good sense of commitment, good leadership experience to lead China sales team;
- Right candidate should be proactive, mature, sociable, positive, target orientation and self-motivated;
