Sales Coordinator – On & Off Trade (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate sales order input for sales team
• Assist sales team to handle all guest issues and enquiries in a professional manner
• Act as the first contact point for customer complaints and enquiries when sales manager is not available
• Provide office support to sales team as needed
• Participate in Wine tastings and events if required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration
• Responsible and self-motivated character
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in particular telephone manner
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup and Formulas)
• Experience in ERP system
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
