Logistics Executive (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate data input and system maintenance
• Maintain and make good tracking records of the data changes
• Handle daily operation work including order processing, inventory adjustments and shipment control status with the suppliers or vendors
• Assist in the daily export / import flight handling and work with forwarder closely
• Prepare and generate reports such as work in progress and inventory reports, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work under stress and can meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferable
