An international wine and spirits distributor is seeking a high calibre candidate for the position of Key Account Manager Duty Free APAC.


  • Responsible for the sales development of the Group Wine & Spirits portfolio with international Duty Free key accounts based in Asia
  • Based in Hong Kong, frequent travel overseas required
  • Manage and develop sales of the company portfolio in Taiwan and Southern Asia Duty Free market to start with
  • Develop the sales performance of the brand in the territory, implement the adequate promotional plan, and ensure retail excellence management in accordance with the strategy of the company
  • Negotiate annual pricing and promotional budgets with customer’s purchasing teams in line with brand expectations
  • Build and maintain effective business relationship with Key Accounts
  • Formulate and execute promotional programs and sales activities to drive business results
  • Implement trade promotion activities
  • Be responsible for its P&L
  • Ensure the proper and effective positioning and display of company products in the stores
  • To organize and manage regular training for the promoters in the region


  • Successful sales experience in wine and spirits or luxury industry
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Results driven
  • Good knowledge of Chinese customer
  • Proven sales track record
  • Highly organized, detail-minded and sales driven
  • Dynamic and hard worker, willing to travel
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
