Accounts Clerk (Fresh Graduate Welcome) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting function, including data entries, prepare vouchers, issue cheques, etc
• Process account receivables and account payables (i.e. checking of payments vs. invoices)
• Assist to prepare accounting schedules for month end closing and year-end audit
• Handle full sets of accounts
• Perform other clerical support for the accounting team
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with LCCI intermediate or AAT member
• 0-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Familiar with MYOB accounting system is an advantage
• Able to handle large volume of transactions, work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available preferred but not a must
• Working Location: Kwai Chung (Kwai Hing MTR Exit A)
