Job Duties:
- To liaise on a daily basis with our local & overseas suppliers in order to negotiate the best prices and conditions on wine products
- Build up close relationship with supplier, sales team and customers
- Provide technical and professional support in wine knowledge for Food Services sales team and customers
- Liaise with French, European and other suppliers for stock management, administrative tasks, product portfolio, etc.
- Provide product training and support to our subsidiaries in Macau
- Create efficient marketing campaigns to push and launch new wine products
- Is proactive in collecting feedback from the field, including customer feedback, competitor activities, new trends, business opportunities
- Business focused
-Coordinate the forecasts of product range and monitoring of the sales evolutions
-Solution oriented, autonomy, fast learning and ability to work under pressure.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder /High Diploma
- Minimum 3 years working experience in food, F&B related industries.
- Solid experience work with hotels, restaurants, club house etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is able to work in a multi-culture environment
- Candidate with experience in communicating with French and other Europe or new world suppliers would be an advantage
- Self-driven, energetic and a good team player
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft system, i.e., word, excel, PowerPoint would be advantageous.
