Telford Intl Co Ltd. is one of the leading distributors in Hong Kong for a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber professional to join our Company :

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager
• Assist to achieve brand targets and present the channel strategies to the Sales Teams
• Under the supervision and guidance of MM, work on the price ladders, new product development, AP and improve product mix in order to meet both expectations of brand owners and top managements requirements
• Assist in consolidating information for marketing plans or distribution plan formulation
• Assist brand managers in AP budget and review on regular basis
• Coordinate with sales team, Artwork Dept Logistic Dept and prepare promotion proposals for specific channels
• Monitor the promotion progress against forecast
• Source and develop POSM for value-added promotions
• Review depletion, shipment and inventory controls and alert brand managers for PO replenishment when needed
• Execute and follow up the agreed AP activities including print, magazine, online, electronic media and direct mail.
• Explore distribution development programs related to trade and corporate customers.
• Drive to achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share within designated budgets

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above major in marketing and business is preferred
• 1 year working experiences in marketing related industry
• Organizationally aligned to vision, strategy and results orientation
• Excellent creative/ conceptual abilities
• Analytical and logical thinker
• Able to meet short deadlines in a demanding environment; work overtime is required
• A team player for harmonizing positive relationships internally and externally
• Commercially sensible with good negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese (and Mandarin)
• Strong interest and passion in wine is a must. Certificate holder of WSET or related is an advantage
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
