Responsibilities:
-Manage the general trade team, over 10 team members to achieve sales target in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives
-Supervise the team to ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies among trade customers.
-To take part in initiation and negotiations of the trading terms, marketing and promotional activities
-To work on sales projection particular to the top/key customers
-Lead the team to develop new business and the potential channel growth
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent – major in marketing and business is preferred
- 5 years solid sales experiences in the FMCG industry and come with 1-2 years managerial experiences
- Able to meet short deadlines in a demanding environment; work overtime is required
-Able to demonstrate leadership & motivate -team-mates;
-A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
-Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Manager
