New division is now seeking for a passionate sales co-ordinator candidate to join their dedicated team.

Job Descriptions :

• Provide expert advice and wine information based on clients' requirements and preferences
• Assist Sales Manager to handle daily operations as assigned
• Communicate and co-ordinate with reseller/customer and internal departments in a close working relationship
• Prepare sales orders, handle customers’ enquiries and follow up with status (e.g. inventory, stock quotation, delivery schedule, order cancellation etc.)
• Review sales activities to ensure timely deliveries and assignments run smoothly

Job Requirements :

• F. 7 and above
• 1 year working experience in Wine Retail, Hotel or Food & Beverage industry
• Proactive, passionate, good communication and selling skills
• WSET level 2 or above is preferred but not essential
• Good spoken English & Cantonese
