Purchasing & Logistics Officer (5 days work) (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warehousing and stock control
• Issue purchase orders to winery
• Preparation of shipping documents / custom declaration and any other follow-updocumentation
• Coordinate with customers / forwarders / suppliers on shipping arrangement for import and export
• Monitor for issue of sales invoice and handle schedule planning and delivery operation
• Responsible for in and out delivery in our office, handle repack if necessary
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports for management review
• Responsible for administrative work and ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE / HKALE or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in air-freight / logistics field is preferred
• Interest and passion in wine
• Good communication and interpersonal skill in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and ERP system
• Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work as a team
