We are looking for a Bartender (Red Sugar) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Bartender, we rely on you to

• Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
• Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
• Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses, or premium bars
• With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
