Responsibilities

• Handle full set shipping documents and customs declaration (mainly China)
• Follow up orders and monitor delivery schedules to fulfil customers’ requirement
• Liaise closely with vendors, warehouse crew and transportation companies
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Form five or above in any disciplines
• 1 to 3 years of I/E and shipping experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Shipping Clerk
