Senior Accounting Officer / Assistant Accountant Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and other daily operations independently
• Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports on a timely basis
• Assist in preparing month end closing reports and annual audit works
• Handle customer invoice processing and verify supplier invoices for payment
• Monitor the bank payments and receipts and report to top management timely
• Manage the settlement of account receivables and payable
• Work with other teams to ensure stock take and other operational process is in order for financial management
• Monitor daily sales transactions are in line with compliance and company policy
• Assist in enhancing accounting policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Handle ad hoc projects as required
• Drive process improvement including automation of project management tool for tracking of cost and benefits
• Engage in efficiency transformation project, identify and validate opportunities to improve internal processes to support the business

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Hard working, well organized, independent, detail minded, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
• Mature, responsible, detailed mind with ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
• Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
