We represent one of the world most renowned premium Wine & Liquor companies. They pride themselves on supplying the world's most reputable and fine wine to end users. Due to a recent promotion, they are seeking the best in the industry to drive their regional sales team through its next growth phase in Asia Pacific.
Your new role
- Work with various on-trade(Hotels, Club house etc.) distributors and VIP private clients and shall bring a strong customer base to the organisation.
- The Sales Director is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of , and closing sales deals within current accounts and identified new accounts;private clients
- Leading a sales & marketing team (8HCs) for APAC operations and performance
- Manage relationship with key levels of organisations;
- Develop customized processes of customer services to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction;
- Analyse opportunities and new accounts to develop the accounts and project service strategy;
- Manage client service and conduct actions towards key clients to maximize the use of resources in the treatment of target accounts
What you'll need to succeed
- proven track record experience in selling wine to private clients and on-trade
- With great connections with key private and VIP clients
- Able to identify new accounts and clients
- Regional selling experience within the APAC ( HK, Macau, Singapore and other SEA countries)
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- With WSET Diploma Certificate is a plus
