KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing clients within Hong Kong, Macau and Asia.
- Managing a team of sales representatives
- Manage and deliver sales budget (sales/cost/net & gross profit)
- Assume responsibility for sales budgeting for your team by working with them to set realistic annual budgets
- Assume responsibility calculating margins, evaluate all expenses against profitability
- Meeting individual monthly turnover and profit targets whilst motivating and driving sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Lead the Private/Corporate Sales team to achieve the company's targets
- Meeting interim targets on offers and company initiatives
- Meeting new business targets
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new sales opportunities
- Manage and develop individual portfolio of clients
- Manage and increase brand awareness for existing portfolio of agency wines
- Work with the Marketing Department on company-wide projects and executing local campaigns, events, trade shows, wine tastings and wine dinners
- Work with the Marketing and Logistics department to be able to accurately forecast sales and depletion, as well as manage an inventory
- Participate in the production of wine / retail offers to grow the business as well as training and guiding your team through the offer creation process
- Enthuse the company values and ethics and communicate them to clients
KEY COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Sales Skills
- Strong experience within the Private Customer sector in Hong Kong
- Strong experience in selling exclusive/agency wines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and maximise revenue
- Ability to handle objections & turn into a positive result
